All footy songs from other clubs... some more than others.
Grand Old Flag, Cheer Cheer, Tigerland... obviously don't like the clubs but the songs are great, such a classic feel.

Coldplay shit me to tears of recent times, but I really love Shiver.
Britiney is a tool - but Hit Me Baby One More Time has been covered so well that it sticks in my head.
I love 'Food and Stuff'. It's where I buy all of my food. And most of my stuff.

Powderfingers Lost and Running and Matchbox 20s How Fare We've Come are probably my two most recent.

I hope that one day concerts will have discounted tickets for people who only want to go in and listen to one song!

Yours?

Wedgie, I think your post straight away highlights just how subjective musical tastes really are.

In this case I am a huge Powderfinger and Matchbox Twenty fan, but I think that those two songs are definitely not the best the have put out recently, nor the best on their respective albums.

Probably deserved...as long as I dont get a ban here for admitting it!!!

Agree, this song catches me every time.

I also find the new young divas song catchy, Turn me loose or something.
Can't stand dose biatches.
the Veronicas "untouched" also gets in my head.
God that's embarrassing to admit those last two.

Yep, i like Powderfinger's "I don't remember" and "nobody sees", but that's all from their latest work.
Don't like the latest M20 song either, although Rob Thomas's little wonders found another void in my head, they seem to appear a little too frequently those voids.
Bruce Springstein's Radio Nowhere isn't too bad either.

I have to admit to getting Veronica's songs stuck in my head even tho I know I am being sucked into a marketing creation :D

Also for mine the latest Matchbox 20 song annoys me yet I didn't mind their earlier stuff .... go figure

On Nollsy I like most of his stuff even tho the politically correct thing is to think he is a tool - I'd happily buy a greatest hits CD of his (psst just our secret ..... :D )

I stopped religously buying the latest CD of a favourite band just for the sake of it after the last Van Halen CD I bought (mid 90s or so) ..... geez what a waste of $30
In between signatures .....

I like the Norwood tune too...although they stuffed up the colours in the lyrics. :yawinkle:

Mid '90s!?
I haven't bought a Van Halen record since Diamond Dave left.
(Although "Poundcake" absolutely rocks.)

And thank you to all those who stuck up for me when I said I dont mind the new song of Shannon Noll........I am not alone and hidden in a dark corner!!!
