shoe boy wrote:Thoughts on the mercy law in junior footy (10 goals in front)
1)Should this be implemented in under 18?
2) Does this law negate development of the ruck?

Have a mate that's involved in a Country Victorian league that uses it and they hate it.

This applies to 13/15/18 sides, scores will only show a maximum of 10 goal defeat.

Yeah, from what I saw, this was how the rule was being applied. I don't agree with it being used in the U17.5s at all

It's an unfortunate position to be in and no one likes to see it. If they can't fill junior sides they might need to look at playing in the Adelaide divisions...although Noarlunga have held on for this long so I'm predicting there will be no change.
Falcons to get one back over Reynella as they are flying at the moment. Both teams without loss but Flagstaff Hill seem to be doing more damage and have recruited really well where as Reynella have been very quiet on that front.
Emus over Sharks
Cockle Divers over Shoes
Vikings over Saints
Cobras over Thunderers
Falcons over Wineflies
