Worth a watch, Jak is a great lad, used to see him at the Vines a couple of years back

Plays on raw ability.
Self taught.
Ridiculous.

He won a car at a tourney in Kalgoorlie the week or so before Willunga.
Followed his group for a few holes on the Saturday.

I think it's start October.
Lady Bay should be good training.

Was a good video. I only just recently found this Ron Chopper. He hits the ball nice!

Not sure if Adam Bland has done the same. But he does some coaching at Glenelg.

Was a young prodigy, shows how hard it is to be a touring pro and make is sustainable.

Absolutely horrible.
First practice wedges just bladed.
In the nets and didn't feel any better.
Just had no idea out there

Another horror.
Rained for the first 2hrs.
Only 3 highlights.
Nice drive on the 16th.
2 birdies on 7 and 9 that both looked like they were tracking nicely. And made both birdie putts.
One was considerably shorter than the other.

Off to highercombe tomorrow.
First time out there.
Heard it's a bit of a hilly walk

Highercombe

Quite a hilly course. Up, down, left and right
Blind shots off tee and fairway.
Course in good nick.
Greens are tiny.

Scraped through with 32pts

Thursday twilight

Driver was no good.
5w was beautiful baby draws.
Putting ordinary.
14pts

McCracken
5w off the first and off the toe....
2nd hole the 7w - off the toe and water
3rd hole 5w and another off toe and in water.
Just horrible.
Course is in probably the best condition I've seen it.
Tracked nicely for the car, but the breeze knocked it down short... :(

Been playing bloody ordinary of late, really struggling with the irons, a lot of work to do, have never hit the driver better but means nothing if you can't do anything after that

Played ambrose at Wirrina yesterday, great day out, we struggled carding a 2 over with the winners going -5

Nine at the vines tomorrow to kick off regular weekly golf for me.

Still on good nick, considering the resort itself is very tired, the greens were cored about 4-6 weeks ago and were a touch slow but rolled well.

Need to get down there for an individual round, last 3 games down there have been ambrose.

McCracken again for day 2.
Started off with a bogey 6 after finding sand at back of green
The day started to fall apart yesterday on the 2nd finding the water. Today found front green 2 putt par.
On the 3rd a 6i off tee just to find fairway - success.
2nd shot was just to avoid the bunker - success. Ended up pin high on green. 2 putt par.
Driver was just fair.
Irons were solid.
Putting was better.
40pts. A lazy 24 better than yesterday. In fact after 7 holes today had already passed yesterday

Front 9 at the Vines tonight and played the best I have for quite a while, 20 points and 45 off the stick, doubles on 6 & 7 disappointing but a great par on 9 from the 1st fairway was a good finish.

Hit long irons well tonight, short irons still ordinary
