That is the flattest old man arse I've ever seen. (actually, it's the only old man arse i've ever seen)
He needs to do some squats

They will inject stuff into my eye, which sounds like fun, then repair the scar and re attach the retina by laser surgery. I’m awake for this by the way! But sedated. I’m most worried about moving or flinching at the wrong time.
I’ve seen people who have already had their surgery either yesterday or this morning. Spoke to one bloke he said it was pretty straight forward and not to worry. Other than wearing an eye patch he was fine.
So I’m now considering either getting a parrot or a Collingwood membership.

REB can I ask, going by various posts of yours you obviously don't like the Big Bash and think the standard is appalling then why do you have a BBL Fantasy team?Rik E Boy wrote:January. Big bash "cricket", A League, Tennis. My least favourite month on the sporting calendar. Oh for the happy days of enjoying a few cold ones during the Australia Day Test at the Oval. October runs a close second but January is really on the nose.

sounds like you're either dehydrated or low on electrolytes mate especially if you are increasing your exercise

I cramp a lot, always have. Drank plenty before I went and after, didn't go all that far with the lack of fitness and I'm kind of used to it.
