I agree that James' action was not required. It was reckless, thoughtless and stupid. I am still trying to work out what Schubert did to him or Chris earlier as there is no doubt this was a payback! However, did he misread a number and the payback should have been for Dean Howard stomping on Chris' face earlier?

Legal action in the past has happened but only when a player feels that what has happened to him is worth pursuing through legal channels. It becomes a matter for individuals.

Football authorities/controlling bodies deal with such actions as reported to them by the tribunal system.
