Congrats must go to Milo 100 goals and butcher was in the b grade.Dont mean to go quiet mexican but what i saw on satuday was not worth comment on really.
I Would also like to say congrats to Milo on his 100 goals - great effort and like Pollard missed a few games with injury,
Butcher in the B Grade - did he actually play!!!!!!

Brighton have got as good a midfield as anyone that ive seen this year and have the ability to play a lot of numbers around the ball - have they got the forwards to kick a winning score is the big query.
Happy Valley like the big ovals and will be a big threat come finals but I think Brighton at home might sneak in

Im guessind the GF is at Noarlunga again this year? what a joke that is! The old days at Pt Noarlaunga were so much better. The crowds and atmosphere were excellent. Noarlunga oval is much bigger than the players are used too, and the atmosphere lacks - big time. i think the SFL needs to change back ASap - They need to bring back the crowds and carnival atmosphere to GF days.
H.V may have a shot if they make it - I agree big grounds suit them.

Don't hold your breath mate... The deal was after a move away that it would be reviewed to move the GF back to Porties... That's what the league said anyway. Once it changed we (the players) had no chance of it moving back. Instead of demanding more police presence at Porties they have chosen to move the GF to Noarlunga to please South. If the league was serious then they would do a vote of all senior footballers where they would prefer to play the GF at... Without doubt the majority would say Porties, great atmosphere, great oval... We've lost out on that one and it will NEVER go back...

The word from other leagues is the SFL is up the s*#t and why would you want to play in it. Players are now slowly leaving to the GSFL, HFL or Amatuers. When are they going to wake up and do something about it!

Interesting you say that, I just read in another thread that Edwardstown's application to join the SFL was rejected...
