The ball is usually at the other end of the field when he belts someone.
Only hits people when they have their back to him and the play is up the other end.
He will get his just desert one way or another

Exactly , if they let him have the ball then no need for a belting
Turning your back is rude and only teaching good manners.
Strawberry ice cream is his favourite.

One day he will will whack the wrong guy and Parry might be eating that strawberry icecream through a straw

I believe this may have happened off the field some time ago (though not sure it was strawbery icecream, I don't think he's been reported for hitting a centrals player ;) )

Out of curiousity, how many games has Dustin Fletcher been suspended for?

Knew that would happen, some clubs are protected and others aren't.

This was assessed 12 months ago as a possibility and you'll find it's because of the retrospective nature of it that he'll get that chance.
Oh by the way Dedja, got your usual 4 week SANFL finals tickets? See you there as always heh  Pussycats

So they were anticipating him getting suspended again?

So you've single handedly decided he'll get another chance? The SANFL don't get a say?

I was at last year's GF VB Commodore, were you there?

First your club disappears and turns into a mongrel, and now your livelihood will be gone when Holdens closes its doors soon.

Pretty unlucky bastard mate ...

Dedja see good old H78 got it spot on..... poor
Dudja, at least you can take some joy from beating North on the weekend and getting off the bottom!
Oh wait, ..... won't happen? Didja still decide to cheer on Massive Joke even though he couldn't coach his hand
Must be a dream to follow a club that no one fears or respects and is laughed at by all, behind your backs, as rabble, gutless and pathetically run!
And to think Parry chose the Eagles over the Gays...... I bet he regrets that every time he struts past the trophy cabinet at home and looks at his Premiership & Oatey medals :D
Anyone bothering to read this is smirking at you being that far gone in the head, that you might even half believe the shite you write to consider ME the unlucky one to follow the Eagles
Get back under Chiggy's skirt!

Can just imagine it. Hybrids are getting touched up in a knockout final, it's late in the game, the ball's at one end of the ground & Parry is at the other. A small player runs past him, ah one for old time's sake......

100% right. Retrospective rule changes are for dumb lawyers who don't know how to draft a transitional clause, and unprincipled politicians looking for some cheap electoral advantage.

Part of Article 15 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights: "Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time when the criminal offence was committed." Whacking people on the park isn't (charged as) a criminal offence, sure, but the principle is there, and the 5 weeks that he got for striking 10 years ago in 2003, is now being counted towards giving him a much heavier penalty, under rule changes made in 2011/12. That is retrospective punishment.

Spot on here. The Jack Oatey Medallist will be getting off the lifetime ban.

As predicted...... good call, common sense call, fair call. Play On

Yep and hopefully the guy he hits takes the Eagles and the SANFL to the cleaners for allowing it to happen.
