This seems to be an ongoing issue with channel 9. Pathetic and unprofessional. Any reason why the cricket show isn't on? Didn't realise that could be affected by rain too..
.another reason why stadiums should have the roof option, international sport should not be stopped due to weather
That sounds fantastic. I'd love to see a completely enclosed cricket stadium. Could you imagine the architecture involved? What's the largest fully enclosed sporting arena in the world now? Whatever it is I'm sure it'd be outsized by just about any Aussie international cricket arena with a dome on it. Then there'd be cricket no matter the weather.
When do we start?
EDIT
Did a google: this is currently the largest FESS in the world. Home to the Dallas Cowboys and seats close to 100,000. I think most international cricket grounds would be larger, mainly because of the playing surface. Reading the specs for this stadium was pretty amazing.
Sorry to get off topic, but it is raining.

I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail
