Probably because they feel they'd be at a disadvantage playing in those conditions. Good chance they'll get put at Thebarton next week.

Right on the money the money there Q I reckon, Lutherans game style doesn't suite the wet, muddy and sloppy conditions like we experienced today. I would of thought todays conditions helped Hope Valleys A grade, turning the contest into a scrap which would of suited HV more? HV posters would you agree?

I hate wet socks
Glenunga's ground wasn't anything better. The game should have never been played on there. It was good to go to that average ground and get a win. Well done Kookas.

Oh seriously stop whinging about the oval. The whole reason for finishing higher on the ladder is to receive a HOME final, that is the advantage of it which unfortunately didn't happen for us today. If you earn the right to play at home, then you deserve to play on your home deck in front of your home crowd.

Oh well we have to put up with the state of the oval whether we like it or not. Be interesting to see where Lutheran will play if they dont host the semi finals and can't play at Thebarton.
On a side note, had a laugh when before the game everybody was ready to go and one of the umpires came up to our assistant coach and asked what time we start- mustn't of umpired too many 12.15 games before.
They were ok though I thought, they were pretty hot on little free kicks like high, in the back which were there but usually those sort of ones are not called in the B grade and are most often play on. They seemed to let players diving on the ball go for the majority of the game.

I would think Tea tree Gully in Div 2 would play at Thebarton before a Div 5 game.
