I would think TTG games at Thebby
If Angle Vale don't request home final then I would think Salisbury would be the best venue for this blockbuster

That would be nasty, EM, Mitchell Pk and Sacred Heart in Div 7 reserves going out to salisbury. They all might get lost.

However, for example, if Mitchell Park A grade play their 2nd Semi at home but the B grade is playing in the first semi, the league will normally try and keep clubs together, so they may get a home final on default.
Hope that makes sense
Oh, i didn't realise you can't buy one for B grade.
So does that mean that if we keep second spot and play Henley at a neutral ground, then there is a good chance that our reserves side will still play before us at the same ground against Mitchell Park?
You can request it by all means, and the league will try and accommodate where they can. Sometimes it just doesn't work out though, in 2008, we played a first semi in B grade at WOS and then had to run up to CLG to play in a 2nd semi in the A's - so it doesn't always work out, especially if your team finished lower in the B grade and it puts the higher finishing team at a disadvantage.

Does not make sense IMO. The season is still going for all involved. I understand association medals as not every side is still going but club awards should surely include finals

Just because youve come good in the last two rounds!! You must have dominated the D2R medal.

This usually comes up each year. Some clubs do, some clubs don't. Both have their resaons.
Hope Valley do and I believe your season ends when you play your last game of the year and thats when voting should end. Teams could potentially play 4 finals. I don't understand why those games wouldn't count towards your awarding your Best & Fairest player for the season? Each to their own though I guess

Salisbury do this if two or more finals are played.Bigshow82 wrote:S Demon wrote:Bigshow82 wrote:Out of curiosity do clubs include finals in their BnF count?

I agree with you S Demon but this topic was raised at the club recently. The only way I would think about not having the BnF count for finals was if we were going to have a "Player of the Finals" type award.

Nah minor round only mate, and if there are two or more finals played, a 'Player of the Finals' is also awarded.Bigshow82 wrote:Pag wrote:Salisbury do this if two or more finals are played.Bigshow82 wrote:S Demon wrote:This usually comes up each year.
