But the Historians of the NW + NA football clubs need to know the facts NOW
In the year 2525, the historians will only see a 1 point win for NA
Some bright spark will have recorded the safooty annuals and time capsuled this thread perhaps
Then the humans of 2525 will know there was some controversy in this match
As there was in the following games influenced by late umpiring decisions

As a neutral viewer live the last two non decissions by the umpires was ordinary. Holding the ball which wasn't paid then norwood players could not shut their mouths giving away free kick goal and the last one before the siren should have been a free kick for tripping. Those two decissions they were given all day but they put the whistle away. And norwood supporters were not impressed with blackwell with his tagging techniques. After the game norwood supporters look like they were going to riot.

Im with you Killa. I thought all sorts of hell was going to break loose and make the London riots look tame when two of them stood up and waved their thermases around allowing their crocheted rugs to fall off their laps. One of the most terrifying moments Ive witnessed at the footy and just like you thought it was going to be a full blooded riot.

I saw who he barracked for??? I just made a "tongue in cheek" comment to his post because apparently as a keen neutral observer he noticed that some of you Nwd people don't take too kindly to not having things your way. I see one of your players got reported for abusing the umpire after the game. First Bode coughs up a free that leads to North's last goal, Suckling gets reported for abuse and Bassett sooks like a girl in the press and apparently the Nwd fans were going to riot.

Geez you lost your first game for the season in Round 11 by a point - hardly the stuff for the hysteria you lot are carrying on with led of course by your arrogant sooky la la coach!

I shouldn't be surprised with Nwd supporters though when you promote things like MONSFAW and have secret clandestine meetings behind the toilet blocks to keep it a secret!

FFS Norwood fans, it is not half way through the season and you have already wrapped up a top 3 spot. If your side is any good that is all you will need to win the flag.

If the reports about Norwood players abusing umpires after the game are true as a famous cricket coach of mine use to say "there miles away from being a premiership team" Sounds abit like what Jason Akermanis was saying about the Western Bulldogs when he was there!
