If they are in financial trouble you have to question their buying up of recruits last year.

My understanding is that as of last year the club owns everything within Langford Drive - Goodman Road - back fence of homes on Ridley Road - the black fence east of railway line. With possible exception of the bowling club and grounds.
I'm pretty certain I read last year that the club had bought the Grand Central carpark and the block of land south and west of the bowling club off of the Playford Council and/or the Housing Trust.
Hell, it wouldn't surprise me if the club even owned the land inbetween the railway line and the black fence.
