Your B grade played a disciplined, structured match, and like you said, no passengers. Your midfield absolutely smashed ours, spread very well and must have won 90% of the clearances. There was not much the backline could have done, they fought it out well and if not for them, would have lost by 15 goals.
The B grade have now played NH, AL and Kenilworth, 3 very tough matches. Pity that from here, it doesn't get much easier

On another note good game dark knight be due for a call up wouldn't you..
Lipton had great hands but that set shot needs some work

Errr, No Unknown.
You asked if 2 players from sydney were flown in every week by Glenunga. Answer from Watchy was no, which is correct.
1. They don't fly in every week.
2. They pay their own way, when they do.
3. One of them has not played yet, and not sure if he will do so this year.
4. Doubt the north scares them
They are brothers and have played at Glenunga since teenagers, it aint like they are paid Mercs

cant see the big feller kicking that poor poorly to often and when things click for havens that forward line of theres will do some real damage.

I'll use Brahma as an example as it was their last match. Over the last 3 weeks
Brahma
21.7 (28 scoring shots)
11.17 (28 scoring shots)
12.14 (26 scoring shots)
Haven
8.16 (24 scoring shots)
13.5 (18 scoring shots)
16.8 (24 scoring shots)
You Haven boys lost 2 big units early and allowed brahma to physically dictate, but you had it up their just as much as they did and when you lads ran, you looked really really hard to catch.
More than half your side is brand new, so keep ya heads up lads. All side may lose 5 or 6 so keep at it.
Brahma were very accurate which if you look at there score previous, they had a great day out and full credit to the Brahma lads.
A weeks a long time in footy

Happens a fair bit at Mt. Fitzroy, I remember Smithfield winning a match a few years back by kicking over 10 goals in the last quarter where both teams kicked in excess of 20 goals each. Mind you, in the other clash for the year Smithfield defeated Fitzroy after the Lions kicked 14 goals in the first quarter in a match that also yielded over 40 goals. It was all in vain though as I'm pretty sure Fitzroy played off in the GF that season and Smithfield finished in their customary 4th position.
