At the expense of winning Test matches? Win whilst you can. The next generation might be crap so while you have blokes capable play them. If the next generation are any good waiting won't hurt them. Mike Hussey has gone alight after having to serve his time in the first class arena. Pick the best players available regardless of age. If the younger players want a game earn it, they shouldn't be gifted games because they are younger than better players who happen to be a bit older.
