down to 124.0kg not having the urges anymore to have ice coffee, pies with sauce, chips or roast spuds, and all that other goodstuff but my biggest issue is cutting down on a cleansing ale.
i really like beer so ive started drinking 3.5 supa dry on the odd occasion on to quench my thurst![]()
and i still seem to lose a few pounds.

i have cut my intake of beer right back to a few on a friday night at the local for happy hour and the pub draw and i have gone from full strength supa dry or west end draught (mothers milk to me) pints to mid strength supa dry stubbies or XXXX gold schooners. so i have made adjustments to all the food and drink that i consume. best move so far is staying clear of the local bakery and no more iced coffees and no chips or spuds with my meals. also no fast food when we head out of town!
kickinit sound like this nutrition thing is right up you alley?

Go down to the new aquatic centre and look at all the fatties pushing countless laps.
Running burns most calories.
Running fast then slow then fast is even better
