Here's what I would do:

Take karate lessons.

Steadily progress through karate levels and reach black belt.

Once you have black belt, take on the sensei in your class. He will be waiting for your challenge.

Defeat the sensei, and get him to sign an official document declaring you beat him.

Once you have the document, enter into a knockout tournament, probably state based at this stage.

Study your opponents closely but remain confident, because you have beaten a sensei, which it is fairly likely no other competitor at this level has done so.

Make a point of showing your sensei defeat document to other competitors, it is important they fear you.

Steadily pick off your opponents and work your way through the rounds. Stay true to your technique but don't over-excel, keep you cards close to your chest.

Once in the final, now is the time to release new moves you would have studied between defeating the sensei and entering the tournament, as there is a strong chance your former sensei will be training your opponent in the final.

Congratulations, you are now state karate champion.

Watched it. Karate did not improve.

Did the whole waxing thing too. Very painful, although the missus appreciated a smooth scrote.

Probably the only sensible reply in this whole thread, unfortunately the Police cannot be on standby in the vicinity 24/7, there are some Private Investigation Agencies that will do the job (albeit at a cost) get the evidence and then produce it to the Police and the person should be arrested, put on bail conditions, and other orders put in place

What I did when I had one years ago, since we were about to move anyway, was to get unlisted Electoral Enrolments for me and my wife, and consent from ASIC to use our accountants' company address as the Company Director's address, and of course an unlisted phone number. I also had a chat to the police about the issue, but decided not to lay charges immediately but wait and see how it went.
It was a bit of a nuisance that I had to be careful I wasn't followed while driving home, but it eventually blew over.

The one described above was a female, but I've also had one who was male.
He was paranoid and thought I was interested in his wife, and was trying to find us together.
I did have the police have a chat with him, but didn't press charges and he petered out too.

Probably sounds funny until it becomes a reality. I had an ex-girlfriend some years back that appeared whereever I was for a reasonable length of time. Found my new workplace (I had changed jobs in the interim), and would sit outside the building in her car, watching me through the glass (it was in a shopping complex, glass all along the side of the car park); then started sitting outside there on a bench, watching. Followed me along the main road going to work, changing lanes when I did, speeding up when I did, slowing down when I did, to the point of tailgating me at a high speed as I attempted to get away. Would get late night phone calls, well past midnight, with silence and hanging up.

A quiet word to the police and it all stopped fairly quickly. Like I said, it sounds a chuckle until its actually happening.
Can you guess where I'm calling from, the Las Vegas Hilton...

x2, unless you are proficent in Krav Maga it may well be yourself that gets beaten up - leave it for the police who are well used and trained to deal with idiots like these.

violence isn't the answer but self defence is all you have to say is you confronted him on your property and asked him to leave you all alone then he got angry and went to attack you, and you just reacted in self defence to protect yourself. If he still doesn't leave her alone go buy a shotgun.

Pretty sure the cops' hands are tied.

Can't really do anything until the offender does "something".

Then again, they might be able to dish out some good ol' country copper justice.

FWIW, my old footy coach was the first person in SA (maybe Australia?) to be charged with stalking.

The Today Tonight footage of him running away from a reporter, blonde mullet mane flowing in the breeze, is priceless...

You threaten people with violence all the time. :)

Beat the living shit out of him, then get a good lawyer. Or get a gun, take him out bush, make him dig a grave, then tell him if you see him again, he is going in it.

A random grave in the bush could be hazardous though.

Ensure the grave is adequately marked in case someone happens to fall in it.
