It looks like their ball movement is better than most in the Comp and they seem to be well drilled in defense and attack. What are the likely weaknesses that will prevent a win against the more experienced Dogs assuming the Dogs are the team they would meet in the GF

Belief, confidence, ability to execute under pressure/duress .. The Dogs have owned these categories for years.
"Cometh the hour, cometh the man" applies to whichever 21 they put out on the park.

I think the dogs have an advantage with midfield depth, the legs have a few really top line midfielders but the 4th-8th midfielders are probably where they might get found out a little. I still also have a query over the forward line. I'm not sure who there is going to really worry the dogs defense, which is where Jericho will likely provide a boost. The legs I think have a more settled defense themselves but who takes Havelberg will be a critical decision. Also whether Norwood can get a definitive advantage in ruck could prove crucual. Having a bit less depth (IMHO of course) I think Norwood would need a strong ruck win to nullify that. If Sutherland and Hannath can break even with Doyle, Dawe and Rowe in those ruck duels or better I think the supply will prove too great.
But the pressure and ability to execute, as JK rightly points out, will be vital. In round 22 the dogs not only applied better pressure for longer but executed under pressure better. If Norwood concede such an advantage in that aspect again it likely won't matter what edge Norwood can muster in the areas I've mentioned above.

Roy Laird is too good a coach to let that kind of thing get out of control. If the Gowans twins start getting undiscipline or anyone for that matter, the leadership on field will put them in their place pretty quickly and if that doesn't work, Roy isn't afraid of dragging blokes.

Four of the six teams we have beaten in Grand Finals during this run have dropped away badly after the Grand Final (West, North, Glenelg and Sturt). The Eagles had been the only team able to keep that hunger alive. Well done to Norwood for at least being the second team to do this.
Cheers
