its classic....

all so touchy!!

Hahaha, ain't that the truth!! Every time I criticise the opposition, someone, without fail, fires back a gem like 'Aldinga are s***' or 'Your team is a disgrace and won't play finals' etc. etc. like 5000 people haven't said the same thing before. When I first started writing on here I was offended, but now I just laugh and stir them up as much as I can, it's great fun! :D

Putting up the wrong verse of the new song we sung at Church this morning, resulting in even the singers not knowing what was meant to be sung!

I blame the worship leader for indicating the wrong verse

Watching athletics in EuroSport and seeing Tamsyn Manou on the screen. Didn't realise they got married and seeing "Manou" on her chest* looked strange!

Also seeing a left handed javelin thrower, just looked unco!

At work, I see all the resumés of the wannabe employees.

These often go on for four or five pages, and look like they've been written by a five year old.

I've had to write up a resumé, going for a new one, and it takes all of my skills to extend it to one full page, and I am likely to **** it in...

Ha!

Ha!

My CV goes for 4 pages, but the final 2 of those is a list of my publication history. This is pretty much a mandatory inclusion for any academic/research type of job. Otherwise I would agree, short and sweet is better.

It's pretty funny... There's so many resumés I've seen, where someone's best quality is clearly shovelling pilchards (not that there's anything wrong with that), and they're trying to write themselves up as a person with exceptional computer and writing skills, until you see the spelling and grammar errors...
I pick them apart mercilessly... The one's that actually get as far as the manager are not too bad IMO... But they are few and far between...
