No one of any noteable tallent.
Not sure how the D's are going for numbers...
gee i would have thought if you had 6 A grade players out, surely some of them have notable talent. The other 15 must be pretty damn good

But like most of the day undiscipline acts..........25m penalties over 10 at least, yellow card to their captain which was poor and number 11 getting a red card in the third quarter who i believe was their best player up until then.

Funny you say that mate, because when we played them a few weeks back, i thought they played right on the edge of being undisciplined too - they pushed things right to the limit with behind-the-play stuff and niggle in packs. They especially targetted Birdy and Prior that day. They were very, very good against us, but i just get the feeling that the way they play might bite them on the bum with more experienced umpires come finals time.
BTW, Mitcham top, Portland 2nd on the ladder...im salivating !

I see CBCOC are really struggling numbers wise having forfeited the Cs and kicking 1 goal in the Bs.

#11 was the difference in the first half, we couldn't put a ball in our forward 50 without him having an impact. Wouldn't think much will come out of the tribunal hearing on Wednesday - wasn't heaps in either incident. Was a great win for us on Saturday with a few outs, but as I said - no one that has a real impactThis weeks game against SMOSH is obviously vital to our season, can be the difference between 1st and 4th come end of season.
Looking forward to round 17 Felch, should be a cracker as always and could very well be playing for top spot!

The 6 blokes that went to the snowshould be coming back through the "b" grade, can't change a winning side.

Portland way too good for us on the weekend. They did everything so much better than we did. Work rate was 10 times what ours was and there determination to get numbers around the footy and then run with it killed us. At best we maybe broke even for the 3rd quarter and some of the last but the game was well and truly over by then. Their first quarter was by far and away the best i have seen this year and to do it in the wet was even better. Congratulations and hopefully we can turn things around if we play you in the finals. A win is much needed against CBCOC this week, not only for our confidence but also to now stay in touch with Mitcham and Portland who have shown us in the past 3 weeks what standard of physical footy we need to be at if we are to go anywhere in finals this year.
