Sorry mate.
I didn't think the long standing subject of his skin colour warranted a smiley on my post as most people know by now he isn't indigenous.

Glenelg not well known for aboriginal talent. Would have liked to have seen Mark Motlop get a gig though.
Would've thought Tom Thorn of Westies might've gotten a gig. Was the first aboriginal player I can remember. Had the pleasure of listening to Rick Charlesworth talk about his umpiring days once; he told a good story about the time he reported Tom Thorn...

Surprised Shannon Motlop couldn't make the side or the extended "squad" as named? After all he was a pretty decent performer at the SANFL level plus an AFL premiership winner in a very strong North Melbourne team at the time? Surely ahead of Aaron Davey at least and probably Daniel if the truth be known?

Which doesn't qualify him so I'm not sure why he has been mentioned.
If you are going to name players who have " indigenous heritage" then maybe we should name Wedgie as a candidate for trainer.

Of course he's indigenous - anyone called Chocko is indigenous. Next you'll be saying Kamahl isn't indigenous

Naley and I are qualified, indigenous = indigenous descent.
It has nothing to do with skin colour or percentages of certain bloodlines.

Tom Thorn would have been miles off of getting a gig. He was only a fringe player for West. Mark Motlop, too would have been well off of the pace.
As stated before, Greg McAdam is the stand out omission. I would suggest he is the only b & f winner not in the team, and certainly also the only State of Origin player to miss out. In fact Greg represented the state a few times, both in State of Origin and ordinary state games whereas his brother Gilbert never was chosen to play for SA.

Wilbur is CHB.
The key positions really are a lottery, I don't really agree with any, although Achee is probably fair enough.
The 1 game qualification is strange.
