Does anyone know when and who they are playing against for trial games?
I'd be interested to see how this "new look" team goes?

Aldinga will probably field a weaker team during the first two trials against mitchell park and portland due to 7 new players playing in cricket finals over those weekends. We will probably field our strongest team against Porties.

Lions have trial game against Salisbury west in a couple of weeks time
Player wise the Lions are probably a bit below last year as recruits have not yet signed but i expect lions to have a better year simply because our core group are young and improving and this is by far the best pre season we have had. Dougy has had the players training longer than they are used to and they seem to be enjoying it and that should show onfield ....... Last years recruits Harris, Curyer, Patto have all re signed and brought a couple of mates out ..... Lions are one of the few teams outside top 6 that have been able to back up and play finals in consecutive years last year which was an achievement in itself but Doug has hardened up the players and gotten them fitter so i expect them to be more competitive with top 6 over 4 quarters this year
