I'd love to shoot faster shutter speeds and a lower aperture (like F2.8 or lower) to really freeze the action, but unless someone wants to give me $7,000 for a new, wider lens, that's not going to be possible.
The hardest part, by far, was the change from sunlight to darkness, with shadows across the ground etc. Once daylight saving finishes this shouldn't be an issue for night or even twilight games.
