The damage to my car isnt too bad (a crease in the door), but i have only had the car for 2 weeks. They are going to pay for it and were pretty helpful, apologetic and embarassed - still, i wont ever be using a car wash again.

I've found that particular car wash to be quite dodgy. Took my car through the autowash there once, and ended up having to take it to another car wash a few hours later to wash it again - the only time my car has come out DIRTIER after the car wash than before.

Now I take it to those car washes where they clean it inside and out by hand (using a Scoopon of course)
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10

Yeah, i dont think it does a good job. I only use it because its brushless, and i was being lazy. The attendant actually said to me afterwards that he wouldnt take any car of his own through it !

Plenty of other brushless car washes around there that do a good job - I've found the Pro Wash at Hollywood Plaza and Golden Grove do a great job

Yeah I'm not saying that the World Cup shouldn't be shorter mickey, I'm just saying that Soccer and One Dayers is like comparing apples with oranges. A bit like comparing Test Cricket and one dayers really. ;)

LOL. Do you have to mow every week or was it just last week (I believe it rained a bit in Adelaide last week). In South East Queensland it has pissed down all summer and the lawn is an ever ending battle up here. I'm almost thinking of going Italian style and concreting over the whole thing.

The w****r who would send a hoax email telling a family that their loved one was dead...

http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/UK-New ... e_Is_Alive

The family of a British man missing since the earthquake and tsunami hit Japan have finally received some good news - after originally being told he was dead.

Brian Hickebottom is a teacher living in Sendai with his wife Sanae and baby daughter Erin.

Over the weekend Brian's sister in the UK was sent a malicious email after registering on a missing persons website, informing her Brian was dead .

But last night a short email came through from Brian saying he, his wife and daughter were fine, having been sheltered on the third floor of the school where Brian works.

Brian's sister Emma told Sky News: "I received an email from a mobile, it was very short just saying; "me Sanae and Erin are fine, we're stuck in a school we've got no battery we'll contact you when we can..."
