Was a toss up between the mozzies and a club down near Victor Harbor the last time I heard in early December. Good pick up for the mozzies if true, which seems likely
Did you hear any mention of the Adel. Plains club that were supposed to have offered him fair $$'s?
He's good mates with another ex Div 1 player, an on baller who I'm told is mates with the ML coach, any chance him going there also?
+ Bobridge and Fuller from Century. Mumford back from Athelstone. Riddler has been rampin it up! Its taken a little while but I think the heat def needs to switch back to the Mozzies! Enjoy it boys, though you are used to it

I don't think all these blokes can be pencilled in at Mawson Lakes as every recruit Riddler has got as this stage has come to him. No chance of his good mate (the ex Div 1 Onballer) coming to us but wish he would! I am just looking forward to taking on Glenunga this year as I have herd they will be the team to beat. Cant wait for training to start on Feb 1. When do other clubs start?

You're too modest PD everybody knows Glenunga is the benchmark

Glenunga and ML would be odds on favs for the flag. Glenunga with all the recruits and the same with ML. The mozzies having the great super coach and Brenton reidy would be tough to beat but

The competition should be under no illusion who is the team to beat for 2011. A team that has strengthened every line of the field by picking up Fitzroy's Ruckman in Mark Fuller, a utility in Leon Karvelis, pacey defender Ryan Foley, goal sneak Mark Karvelis, solid defender Heath Nurton and the class of Sean Buss (who will dominate Div 7 around the ball or up forward) has to be the shortest priced favs for a div 7 flag since Colonel Light Gardens a couple years ago and these are only the recruits we know about. These blokes might not have played in four Div 1 Premierships like Brenton Reidy, but they're also not 35! This coupled with a team that was one win away from Minor Premier last year and coached by the reigning Div 7 Medal Winner in Chad Bourke.
Sure we'll be striving to win the flag like everyone else will, but fear if anyone thinks all they have to do is beat Mawson Lakes, they will be sadly mistaken, as a team that wears Double Blue out the east side of Adelaide might have something to say about that.

There are 6 clubs with their A grade playing in this Div. Would be quite poor if at least 4 of those didnt make the finals. Which ones will miss the gig?

Some would think a bit from left field, however he has some aquantences whom he has strong links, with and has warmed to the idea of not having to give up his thursday nights at "catalyst", as there would be little triaing involved.

Look back at a few pages and it was said that the mozzies had beaten a club from down near Victor to gain his services. That was in late November or early December when they were all chasing him.
Enough of the riddles it is Goolwa or at least was the other main club in contention for a fair while now

The guy is getting a reputation like Simon Johnson and Shane Mitchell in racking up as many clubs as he can. Problem is O'Connor is still hanging his hat on taking a 'Cashed Up' Barossa Districts to the flag some years ago.
