The unaccountable line is funny though.
Mark Sorrell, Wayne Phillips, Greg Quinn, Peter Muggleton and friends may beg to differ about that.

I was talking to a few State lads the other day about the coaching situation etc, they let slip a few home thruths about coaching and the way things are run at SACA. Under the current system (coaching) the players are rarely held accountable for poor performance. They can go out there play the worst shot ever walk straight past the coaching staff and know that there wont be any follow up from it! its basically a case of 'yep you played a bad shot dont do it again'. They said that they need a coach, that when you f*ck up is holding the changeroom door open for you when you come off and follows you in to rip shreds off you.
What has Phillips, Sorrell, Quinny, Mugs, Zessers etc done in their roles? anything of notable importance?

Ice has moved to Victoria which he threatened to do for several years seeing as he was a Mildura boy originally . Last time I checked he was only playing the limited overs stuff but probably like his time in SA is injured at the moment.

District Cricket is the equivallent of the SANFL comp
Would supporters want Norwood to merge with North
South to merge with Glenelg
And these clubs lose thier identities ?
I would not like my old club Woodville to merge with Post adelaide in district cricket, something would be lost

I was speaking to the President of the Riverland Turf Cricket Association last weekend about it and he knew absolutely nothing about it. I also spoke to the curator of the pitch at Berri and he too knows nothing. That's pretty poor form from SACA not to even have the courtesy to let anyone know that there is a match on. From what I hear, this is quite normal practice from SACA

The grade clubs are all organising these matches - your gripe in this instance is with TTG. All other country matches have been organised for months.
What is normal practice from SACA is to cop the blame for other peoples issues, it seems.

So SACA has absolutely nothing to do with these matches whatsoever???
