i havent heard anything from them yet but I hope thats not the case!!! not a grade 1 score!!!

Can confirm that was the score.... 5/74 to 9/77, 22 run stand by no 10 & 11 to win the game in the last over.

Terrible batting by both sides.

The old war-horse Rob Howe batting with, undoubtably Craigmores future star, Shaun Baker... both on 70odd and making batting look VERY easy. Absolute pleasure to be there when Dobbo made yet another ton, and young Shaun making his first ever 100. Great moment for all members of CCC and a privilege for those who were there to see it.

All I can say is good luck to S.North, you gonna need it chasing down what would have to be a target of 350+ (Papas to clarify that score)

I can confirm Craigmore 7/351 yesterday.
Howe with century number 17 for Craigmore didnt give a chance all day until he passed his ton. Shaun Baker backed up his 75 last game for 1st ton and ended up on 120 and got dropped early in slip and he made Salisbury North pay. Was a great batting performance by the boys today and like Duck-Mann said it was a pleasure to watch.
Salisbury North had a few missing like Joss but you still need to make the runs.

Atco hit 8 for 287 against Eastern Park

Budgie and Sutton both hit 50's

Atco batted extremly well, they were 0 for 45 of 27 overs but they set the innings up for the bigger hitters towards the end.

Us dropping 7-8 catches definatly didnt help.

Positives for us though were the young lads have been taught a lesson about patient batting and building an innings with partneships, hopefully we learn and use a bit of that this week to get close to their score.

Another positive was Rory Andrews (binga's) two spells today, absolutly magnificent bowled with incredible accuracy and sustained pace, doubt if there is a better 17 year old fast bowler getting around in pdca.

was a nightmare of a game, very good bowling by both sides. OTH hate chasing low scores and always find a way to make it extremely tough. Captains nightmare with supersubs and trying to hold them back for the following week. Very happy to take the points even tho we probably dont deserve them lol

here is one i havnt seen... jimmy bowling to number 10 batsmen for smithfield, ball beats the bat, there is a deflection and the keeper has to quickly go to his right to stop the ball, next thing we look and the bail is on the ground,so we appeal and umpire walks down and says he has to give the benefit of the doubt, being brand new stumps there was also a little cherry on the outside of the off stump, not out was the decision... didnt make anf diff to the game as jim knocked the same stump 12 mtrs back 2 balls later, was just curious on the decision??

Surely square leg ump could have helped the decision.

Only lowlight from our game on the weekend was the performance of an experienced Atco player.

While he batted very very very well and played some really good shots, running down the pitch after hitting them yelling things like, "Oh what a shot", "Oh my god thats another six", "Here we go again thats gonna go as well" is extremly toolish and made him look like a joke, especially considering most of them were played of kids that were 16-17 years old.

By all reports I have heard about EPCC B grade yesterday their behaviour was less than exemplary. I know most of them are young but that is no excuse.
