Looking forward to seeing if they can back up this season in 2011.
Well done to Willunga. Full respect to a team who have been successful for such a long time and continue to play for each other and their gameplan.

Willunga hitting form at the right time - to be expected of course. Can Victor re-group? Certainly were totally outplayed in the first quarter/half on Saturday by Strath. Might get J Brown and Bell back this week but Dale Ellis wasnt sighted after going off in the second.
Dale Ellis did a hamstring according to my reliable source at Compass yesterday.
I keep wondering why teams continue to attack Willunga physically. Yank really had a go at Willunga players everytime they had half a chance yesterday.
To such an extent Willunga just kept on getting frees (which they deserved)
Willunga are not intimidated by that sort of stuff.
Willunga V Strath is looking a real chance.

Goolwa has been contacted and put on notice as the Plan B for the Grand Final......IF Langhorne Creek is flooded.
A good and proactive move by the GSFL heirachy.

A good move to have the gf at goolwa?? you'll be parking in middleton and walking the rest of the way. you struggle to get into the ground during the season with ya car. will not have a hope in hell for the gf. unless you roll in at 6 in the morning.
its a good oval to play on but for parking etc its a bit of a nightmare.

Question?if it does get held at goolwa does that mean goolwa runs the day or does LC run it ?

looks like you won't be seeing any more GF's anytime soon then!get real mate it's country footy, something would be wrong if it wasn't a full house, wana park on the wing you better get there early! McLaren did an awesome job of hosting the GF last year, great atmosphere, it was a fantastic day!

Think that was tongue in cheek re: a previous post. Is there an official word on the GF. I am really hoping it is played at Langhorne Creek beacuse cooking BBQ's and serving hot dogs doesnt sound like much fun. The rain has done Goolwa Oval a world of good and with 3 weeks without traffic it will be good to go worst case scenario
