The Miller case was found NOT GUILTY becuase the umpire didnt see any of the punches actually hit the player, it doesnt matter if the umpire didnt see who the alledge player was striking at the time.

From the information i have is the umpire was offered a withness and have refused it on the grounds on not knowing if the umpires can use witnesses.

So Tangles this says more about you and the board than it does about the umpire. She did not refuse it she did not think that she could use the witness. Now if the rules were straight up and down and consistant, pap Junior (and therefore Pap) not knowing that they can call an umpire shows how grey this area is.
The fact that the representative of MP made it personal and attacked the umpire in question, The commissioner let that happen to a junior female umpire (that you have used to advertising what a great job you are doing and advertising for more) is a f#*king disgrace. I congratulate Junior in getting back on the bike and going again, after she was fairly shaken up by the experience, and am fairly sure you will use her as a vehicle after the weekend umpiring out at Wangary.
Good luck finding any new umpires until this sh*t is black and white just not..........

Brace yourself for this everyone, make sure you are sitting down..

TK got two weeks, JARS GOT SIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you play for MP and have a 'card' to play you can near on kill a young kid and get 4, kick someone in the head a few times and get two, or swing multiple times (connect or not is irrelevant) and get off all together.

Tangles, the mob you represent are a disgrace and I can not begin to see how you could try and defend them.

Seems Michael Jackson got his lyrics wrong when he said 'it don't matter if your black or white'
Hi, My name is Ron 'Bluey' Dunn. Did you know I played in the 61 & 62 Tasman Premiership sides....

For those that have an interest in Mid West, Andrew Bucky has written a good piece on this weekend's finals

Some other song lyrics Panther: YOU TOOK THE WORDS RIGHT OUT OF MY MOUTH...

So TK's errant effort, for which he plead guilty, is equal to PD's performance (first one not second) for which he plead not guilty.

Jars efforts on that day, in the eyes of the PLFL commission, were equal to the combined efforts of PD and HM on the "Footbrawl" day.

Jars 6, PD+HM=6.

I am glad not to be associated with PLFL anymore.

Can't wait for the equality to come out in ful force when a MP player is reported this weekend...

http://www.sportingpulse.com/assoc_page ... sID=188210 took 5 minutes to find

seems pretty straight forward bar the poor text display...check By-Law 17 Reporting Players... re Umpires calling on witnesses and questioning all witnesses...

surely the commissioners would advise the junior umpire of her rights and secondly, why wouldn't have Pap's set her straight before the hearing?

think ur confused MP with the "PLFLT Card" where you are summonsed to appear at tribunal for a serious offence, you pull out your PLFLT Card, act stupid and ignorant, accuse and discredit other people, lay on your back whilst they tickle your tummy before being sent home with a please don't do it again warning.

These cards are very rare and you have to go to great lengths to get one, pm me if you want the prerequisite in obtaing such a card.

your league is a joke not the stardard the way it is administered. my wife and i intend on moving to lincoln in the next few years and unless you guys and girls fix the problems down there i will be taking my daugters and son either back up to the EEFL or to one of the GFFL teams. can i suggest that at the next league agm you get a team of hard nosed people together and take over the running of the league and sort these underlying problems out.

I appologise if I have taken your remark out of context LSD but...your saying BFC can't comment on or ask for uniformaty within the League because of some ahole from half a decade ago?

After 20 years of dishing it out it just seems a little ironic that as soon as the shoe is on the other foot and your side consists of kids and tame good blokes you cry foul?
