KWF....were doing nothing wrong, unfortunately in the bigger picyture society and politics have allowed reverse racism to spawn which at this stage is out of control. You just have to look at The Gang of 49 and how powerless the Police are in being able to bring the situation under control with their hands tied behind their back under current Policing regulations. What is needed is some old school justice and get back the respect everyday people deserve.

When you have any town divided in to two with white against black at anything this scenario will always be the outcome, the only way to resolve this is by abolishing Mallee Park full stop. Who gives a **** if we have a bye, it will be better for football and our town.

If it's a spineless panel that are scared to hand out penalties due to (this is speculative) fear of retribution, is a tele/videoconference tribunal possible? The league could use a panel from another league that would not at all be influenced by societal issues or fears of retribution. This is just an idea that would have each case heard on its merits and the tribunal would be dealing with what's in front of them ie rap sheets and what the umpire saw.

BTB- Mallee was reported for striking.
Orion would have been rough conduct or something similar, since he allegedly slammed someone's head into the ground.

Is my mail right that it was a young boundary umpire?
Not that it should make any difference, but the intimidation factor can be an issue.

Who was on the tribunal?

J O'B was reported by a young boundary umpire on the vaguest of evidence a few years ago (probably the only time he actually was not guilty) but the tribunal gave him two weeks.

Mal's was thrown out because the report stated striking an 'unknown player', again vague evidence.

What is the difference here, well we all know that answer......and don't say prior records because they are both poor for these two players.

Sounds like the match of the finals will be in the first week

After reading Boags's write up it should be noted MP also had Blewitt, Phil D & Tessman missing. Not sure Waybacks could assume there returns will make the difference....

Waybacks had Kayser, Minya & JCS out, pretty close to break even I reckon!!

yes slammed an u15 players head into the ground in a stupid and uncalled for tackle.
player would be atleast 2 years younger and probably 30 kilos lighter, knocked out and was in and out of consciousness for 5 minutes.

and to think we thought MP would be on best behaviour whilst under spot light, well i guess there's just no power going to the spot light to put them under.

i hope this incident with Pap's daughter doesn't deter her from going on with her umpiring :(
