especially the Blonde is fantastic.

Very nice stuff. I wish Dan Murphy's would sell them, but if I'm ever driving past the Ed I stop in for a slab of those Pales.

Great when you can pick it up from PALS

Also BOHO on Unley Rd

Used to be able to get them from Goodwood Cellars as well but they got sick of the lack of supply from the brewery and stopped selling it

Wahoo Premium Ale.

Bought a slab today, have only had a couple so far. Doesn't hit the senses like the ales I've previously mentioned in the thread, a bit lighter and reeeeeal smooth for an ale. Would make a good session ale.

At a national conference of the Australian Hotels Association, the general managers of Cascade Brewery (Tasmania), Tooheys (New South Wales), XXXX (Queensland), CUB (Victoria) and Coopers (South Australia) found themselves sitting at the same table for lunch.

When the waitress asked what they wanted to drink, the gm of Tooheys said without hesitation, "I'll have a Tooheys New."

The head of XXXX smiled and said, "Make mine a XXXX Gold."

To which the boss of C.U.B rejoined, "I'll have a Crown lager, the King of Beers."

And the bloke from Cascade asked for "a Cascade, the cleanest draught on the planet."

Dr. Tim Cooper paused a moment and then placed his order: "I'll have a Diet Coke."

The others looked at him has if he had sprouted a new head.

"Well,” he said with a shrug, “if you poofters aren't drinking beer, then neither will I."

Not sure if others have received it (or are interested), but there's an email floating around with a Heineken offer of $10 discount on their 5 litre kegs.

I ventured off to Dan Murphy's tonight and tried it out and beauty, it's legit so you can grab a mini keg for $24.95 .. If anyone is interested and doesn't have the required PDF File for print out, then just PM with your email address.

I've really surprised myself in recent weeks and have been enjoying Melbourne Bitter.
For some reason, it seems to be around the footy club a bit.
Beer of choice for Stevo I think.
Really enjoying it.

Tonight have had a few Pure Blondes. Nice not to feel too bloated before playing footy the next day ;)

I dunno if you can get it in SA, but Matilda Bay Brewery's Bohemian Pilsener is a terrific beer.

One of the country's best.

On tap over here at the Ramsgate Hotel. 8)

Reckon it might be on tap in the Archer (? exact name escapes me) at North Adelaide too.

I don't mind the Melbourne Bitter either, it's a preferred option when interstate, better the devil I know.
