Re: Round 19 Norwood v Port
Norwood have better points for and against than PA so in theory they should be the better team but depends on how many AFL listed players PA includes on the day. The margin is irrelevant so a win for the home team would be appreciated.

Sturt reserves % is too great for Nwd reserves to catch up.

Yeah, I love these close percentage final round matches.
34 points the minimum winning margin needed for Norwood to jump Sturt into the Reserves finals. The finer scoreline details mostly academic.
Edit: Oops, forked up. 'Legs Bs just need to win, of course, due to the earlier draw. Thanks for the correction Spargo.

Eh? Unless I’m looking at the wrong ladder, Norwood are only half a game behind Sturt…

Re: Round 19 Norwood v Port
Will probably be missing our ruckman with a hamstring injury swinging the result in Ports favour.

Correct, we drew against Westies early in the year.
It’s winner takes all, well Sturt can draw

Agreed, refer to 'our' first seven (?) games for a form guide without one. With J. Callow available after suspension, I suspect 'we' will go with makeshift ruckmen, rather than giving D'Annunzio or Kotzur a chance.

Even though the league game starts an hour and half later than usual, the reserves starts at the usual time.
So there's no incentive to get there early to see how the ressies go in their quest for a finals spot.
Don't look at me in that tone of voice.

After the Ressies game, spend an hour and half in the Premiers bar or on Cooper's hill

Re: Round 19 Norwood v Port
Don't know why the SANFL persist with delaying SANFL games to fit in with an Interstate Crows game.
Delaying the game will put more people off than get more people there.
2 for the price of 1 ticket this game should get a good crowd there though.

What's stranger is at Unley they're play the league game at the normal time which means the Sturt officials have to scramble between both grounds to get the league side ready, inclusive of having to send have the support staff back to Unley at half time of the 2s.
SANFL should have considered moving the reserves game to Unley
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Players win touches, Teams win matches, Clubs win Premierships.

or swap the nwd v pa game to unley and the sturt v adel game to coopers

(p.s. not a serious comment)
