You're inside the goal square at one end and the ball is inside 50 at the other end, why push / shove do anything? Because you know there's nothing coming your way. Rayner dived, 100%, but just don't do it.

Therefore every contact off the ball should be a free kick.
The whistle wouldn't stop blowing from the 4 umps for 2hrs
