Id say about lunch time there will be plenty of action in most SANFL clubs ringing blokes who missed getting picked up and also replacing those that get Rookie spots that they were hoping to hang on to...

I think the PSD starts at 9:30am our time and the rookie draft after it. You can follow on afl.com.au

Will be lots of nervous SANFL supporters today. Last year at this time North were badly hit. I think the Eagles will probably lose Hier and Jacobs interstate and possibly Skipworth.

So that makes 11 players eligible for the SANFL mini-draft. West and Sturt will get two picks and everyone else one.

Smart move by Adelaide rookie listing only local lads. Allows them to devlop their footy thru their own SANFL clubs rather than some foreign shoddily run AFL/VFL hybrid program not to mention the benefit of living in their home state and the security that brings.

Pre-season Draft and Rookie Draft

Postby sturtpeter » Tue Dec 12, 2006 10:42 am

I don't see Tommy Hurley's name anywhere.

Many Clubs are obviously worried by his size but he will be a HUGE BONUS for Sturt in 2007 :) :)

Unbelievable. Along with Zak Heir.

Both will be huge bonuses for their SANFL clubs.
