Apparently there's something like 19 :shock: shows on tele now that are footy based.

Sounds like a tough market, wouldn't be surprised to see The Bounce fall over.

I think The Footy Show survives as it got a lot of people when it was about the only one kicking about, and lots of them have never left.

the footy show works becuase it is based on the old league teams formula take the piss outta each other and everything else first. Give the people the teams as well. Alot of people tune in to see what Sam will do or say. So to see Gary on a lyon look a likes or the video of gary. and the Panelist of current and past footballers to see their opinions of games.

The footy show is a lot better than the bounce, please don't compare them. Hellier is not funny at all. The footy show boys taking the pss is much funnier.

All this shit show did is make Criminal Minds start half an hour later. Peter Hellier was mildly funny 5 years ago, now he's just ******* annoying.

Watched it mainly because i heard Knighta was gonna be on, seemed like a waste of his time for what they did, Not really a fan of Peter Helliar mainly becuase of straughnie.

Give it a break, it was the first show ffs.

It takes a while for "live" shows like this to get going.

A certain BBC Car related show was pretty crap when it first started.

I didnt mind Live and Kicking either, was on prior to the friday night games wasnt it?
Maybe thats the timeslot they need to be going for, but Better Homes rates too well apparently.

I thought the facepaint segment was hilarious.
There were some parts I thought "meh" but it's great to not hear Hughesy and Andy Maher all the time.

Yeah it did but I just didn't like the show. I watch the footy show for the entertainment value and the sports news and a show such as AFL gameday for footy news. The positive about the show was there was no Craig Hutchison, thank god!
