For those of you interested in where the top 10 in the first AFL/VFL draft are (Martin Leslie, Steven Simms, Richard Anderson, Richard Cousins, Chris Lindsay, Grant Fielke and Andrew Payze) follow this link....

Damn intersting read actually

For anyone who catches the train, one of the lazy guards in the city reminds me of the mid 80's Sims, with shocking blonde perm and p%rn% mo.

Dunno if he has ever been in jail as well.
He's still my hero even if he is a little bit crap.

Played against him in Indoor Cricket one night at Stepney. Spent the whole night sledging his own team mates. Tosser.

Thats an awesome read!

I remember Richard Anderson clearly, couldn't win a hardball to save himself but was one of the smoothest movers you would ever wish to see - Had pace, ran the lines, exquisite foot disposal and was a deadeye kick for goal, had great skills.

Three of the top 10 from West Torrens... I remember Chris Lindsay playing for Torrens, he was a giant curly haired stick figure. Payze was a great player for the Eagles, but I only remember Sims from when he went to North Adelaide.

Chris Lindsay came out to West Lakes FC when I was about 20 and gave us ruck coaching for a year ... Was a fantastic help and seemed like a top bloke.
