I reckon Grub would have Tasmans and Waybacks at pretty short prices for the 2010 premiership.

i think many people may be under-estimating both of last year's grand finalists?
marble range recruited solidly with many returning players.
and mallee's who may lose a couple but always get a couple and keep pretty well around the mark..

Herbie,

Unsure of the teams in YPFL, but any club to have signed DePledge as a coach would want to be a good side.

He coached Bostons a few years ago, and quit part way through the year, when the going really got tough.

Believe he went and coached Lincoln South juniors after that...

Congratulations to Andrew Woolford for his unbeaten 151 yesterday for waybacks, great knock and didn't give a chance. 14 Boundaries and 7 sixes. Was great to watch, few other interesting scores in other games. Tod River are more variable than the Centenary wicket. What ever you did yesterday Haje, bottle it!

not to mention he left Tasman's After 6 Games a few years back (after being given vice captiancy) when we had only won 1 match.

in short he likes to jump ship when it's sinking.

Although when he was on .... he was a pretty good footy player. Apparently has won a mail medal somewhere???
