At Plympton we're a cricket club with a drop in footy oval...
you should try playing on plymptons oval when it has not rained for a while, the dirt covering the pitch becomes rock hard and when you get tackled on it or dumped it can tend to hurt......i know this very well

remember waking up one sunday after a game against greenacres at plympton oval, and not being able to walk after the landing on the rock solid pitch. yet again a trail game against unley it was raining and it was like quick sand in there
