After 3 years of coaching I now know I dont know the rules. I always thought a player that takes possession of the ball and is then tackled and drops it, has dropped the ball, obviously that rule is no longer in existance because Collingwood did it 4 times and got frees for hanging on. All I can say about these umps is they are as bad as a few test cricket pensioner umpires going around, they are woeful.

On saying that well done to Collingwood, they saw things going their way and took control of the game.

As I said just on half time Ross Lyon laughing in the stands, it hasnt been that physical and u know if Collingwood play the Saints what will happen very very early on which will put the game well and truly in the Woods favour

Have seen 14 and 15 year olds umpire this year that leave these umps for dead, because they know the bloody rules, these guys dont
