Crows makin a play for a Big name player

Postby Blue Boy » Fri Oct 06, 2006 11:31 am

Word this morning that a couple of hi profile crows are to be veteran listed to ease the burden on the clubs salaries !!!

The reason for this is that a very good forward has been offered alot of coin and some to come home and he actually would like to come home any way !!!

This bloke can play !!!
It is what it is !!!

Roo would have to be one of the veteran listed players, surely.

The other I guess would be McLeod?

Come on BB - spill the beans on the big name forward!

=; Crows have absolutely no chance. I bet my house that he will stay at Freo.

They have more chance of getting Tredrea from Port than what they would getting the Pav.

Pavlich will be Freo captain next year. We have no chance in getting him.

I thought Hart was the only veteran listed player @ the Crows?

If he was that leaves two places on the list - gives BB's story some merit!

Just checked the facts in my trusty AFL Bible - Ben Hart and Roo were on the veterans list for 2006 !!!! Also double checked this with another source and they confirmed Hart and Roo !!!

Nearly Got me with a yorker Dutch - but dug it out nicely through mid on !!!

My story teller is relieved that we can play on !!!
