HW were doing all the attacking early in the 3rd qtr
The game was evenly poised
Westoff had 2 grabs at the footy and it spilt free
It was paid a mark ?????
Westoff kicked a goal

Geeeeeeeez if that was a mark Im gunna go back and sue all the umpires in Amatuer league that didnt pay me the same marks in my career

I cant believe how poor HW were today with thier skills
They made more mistakes than Whitlams ALP government

In all honesty PA despite making a few muffs as well , if they were any good should have won by 10 goals

Bit unfair to pick out one suspect decision but losers always will.
What about "Buddy" getting a free kick for a push in the chest ??? ( in the goal square) hello???
I always thought the rule is for a push in the back. He gets too many soft frees. Compare his free ride with what Tredrea gets (or doesn't get). If you want to blame anything, have a look at your goalkicking. - Very ordinary and it is ironic that it was Geelong's terrible kicking for goal last year that allowed those same Hawks to snatch the 2008 premiership; that's karma!
If you don’t like my words, don’t listen. If you don’t like my appearance, don’t look. If you don’t like my actions, turn your head; It’s as simple as that.

The free was because Carlisle had no eyes for the ball, was facing the wrong way and made contact. Nothing to do with a 'push in the chest'....... Simple rule.
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Buddy also gives away his fair share so it's not like he only gets free kicks for...

RUBEN
I barrack for 3 clubs
AC
PA
SK
Whichever one is playing the best I barrack for

Yesterday in the HW /PA game I was a PA barracker
So no sour grapes on the Westoff unmark

Yes there were contentious decisions during the day
BUT
The Westoff goal when the Hawks were pressing for the lead was a major turning point

Turning point(s) were when we had countless misses from directly in front. **** useless goal kicking.

Hawks missed chances, Port snagged em.

Any chance we could get a ruckman who contests the ball rather than worry what the other ruckmen does?

Can ya tell how frustrating it was yet?

Thought Boak was superb. Boak, Gray, Surjan and Cassisi. There's your top four best players for the past few months.

These four are setting a fine example.

Listening to Russell on 5AA Sat morning will be interesting.

Great call NM, I guess you're still calling for Danyle Pearce's head as well ?

I may have been wrong with the result but i'm definately in favour of him being dropped.
It wasn't their turn to lose this week as far as the YO-YO'S concerned!
I can't recall mentioning Pearces head to roll although his forms been sh!thouse, he no-doubt has saved himself from the axe finding a bit of the ball today, he's another tampon in teal colours.

Maybe it's comprehension I'm lacking because to me that reads you are in favour of dropping him. Now you have conveniently changed your mind.... IMO you are as only as good as your last game.
