He would say that Syd. His side has just lost a home prelim final after coughing up a half time lead, the year after being minor premiers and missing the Grand Final. I wouldn't admit to the premiership window theory either if I was in his position.

The only thing Craig has said that I agree with is,"This club still has a lot of work to do to be a top 2 team".

Doesn't warm my cockles. They beat us by 16 goals. We do better against West Coast and Sydney.

Interesting comments from Buckley tonight on White Line Fever

He also believes the premiership clock / window is a myth, he used the pies as a classic example, 2002 and 2003 the club was deemed to be outside it's premiership clock and made the GF, whilst 2004 and 2005 they where judged to be within their premiership windw and failed badly

Making the Grand Final is not winning the premiership. They overachieved in both years as Port choked (sorry Booney LOL). The main thing that derailed the Pies in 2004 and 2005 was injuries. I can understand Buckley's point of view but I don't think that Collingwood of recent years is a great example of discounting the premiership 'window' theory.
