Amazing what a bit of hard work can achieve.

Sometimes I think people unnecessarily over-complicate our great game.

I am aware of blokes who do this when not running,mind you they have spent a day on the lager,I guess some people just have different goals..

Some great insights. Particularly the fact that no one has ever investigated why he chucks so much - even the experts are divided on the reasons and consequences of it.

fantastic article. i would have thought that being sic was the worst thing that could happen as you would be loosing fluids but cousins proves it wrong!

the article should be given to every afl rookie or aspiring player to show the hard work required....

Lots of players do this BEFORE games. Even practice matches :shock:
