Saw on Sunrise this morning a thing about a couple getting married on Saturday arvo. The groom and all his family are huge Swans fans, and the brides side of the family obviously doesn't care about footy. What an idiot, hes a Swans fan, so he plans his wedding on GF day. Even if the bride did all the organisation, he should have stepped in and said no, different date. If she has this much control over him now, whats it going to be like when they've been married a while.

My old man told me when I was younger that he used to get in trouble throwing rocks at girls - he reckoned all he ever did wrong was stop. Wise man, my father.

Hmm hot off the press......

Swans' Jolly misses flight to Melbourne

Sydney ruckman Darren Jolly will miss the AFL side's flight to Melbourne after his wife went into labour on Thursday morning.

Jolly's wife Deanne was not due to give birth for another three weeks but has a family history of babies being born two weeks early.

The Swans are hoping that Jolly will be able to join the team in Melbourne on Friday morning ahead of Saturday's grand final against West Coast at the MCG.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
