Treeby has a hip problem and could do with an operation (but up to 12 weeks out in that case). He and the club are trying to manage the injury through the season.

No real surprise at some of the changes made. The Eagles have a lot to play for this game. A win and we're still in touch with the all important top 3, a loss and we'll be back scraping to stay in the 5.

I don't see a 4:45pm start on a cold, wet day at Noarlunga for Under 18's any more practical than an early morning start - how many people would really stick around and watch that 2 men and a dog. A 2pm start at Woodville on a Saturday would be better.

South may just have a chance in this one with Mr Rowston umpiring. It's well known he doesn't like the Eagles.

But we do play Norwood u18s at 4.45 pm in a few weeks after the league game.

Do you honestly believe the Eagles and South are so evenly matched that a couple of umpiring decisions would cost WWT what should be an easy win?

I agree with a 2.00pm start at any oval, the ponit I was trying to make is that if there is to be 3 matches on the one day then a 4.45 start time would be more preferable to spectators - mums and dads, uncles and aunties -and players than a 8.45am start where only the real dedicated parents would be inclined to show up.

Yep Noarlunga does have cold and maybe wet days in June and July, no more than any other suburban ground in Adelaide, when you rarely ever go to Noarlunga more than once every two years, then its a bit harsh to be critical of the conditions down there, for those that think its crappy for football at night time, how many of you have been there after5.30 at night, by that time the wind has generally dropped and it is cool but a pleasant evening, maybe some of you should spend a bit of evening time down there and see how pleasant it can be.

Dont say I'm talking out a my ass because I spend a lot of time down there in the winter watching what goes on.
I wish my remembering was as good as my forgetting
