This would suggest only downloads are separate

i.e 10 gig plan

10 gig peak
10 gig off peak
10 gig upload

All I do with my torrents where you have to keep a 1:1 ratio is set up utorrent to stop seeding once you reach 1:1 and you just schedule it to run from midnight to 8am.

There is talks of having seperate upload streams though...i.e. 10 gig upload peak, and 10 gig upload off peak, but this hasn't happened yet
