For the sake of coach development I suggest that this gig could go to past players who may be able to offer some "new" philosphies eg:
Roger James
Brett James
Robbie Neill
Nathan Bassett
Josh Francou

I just don't like regurgitating old ideas by using old coaches.

Sorry about the Norwood bias but these are names that instantly come to mind.

I am sure supporters of other teams might also be able to offer ideas on prospective candidates.

Just a thought.
