Well, I was using a bit of poetic license.

But it was a very short dress...

And (in most cases) I fully support short dresses.

how funny does the fremantle vs st kilda game seem now.. had the points gone to st kilda , they would have made the top 4

and still be playing this week .

the word is that the Saints board made the decision and started assessing the market 3 months ago, so that seems nothing less then a flag was going to be deemed as successful and mid season they did not believe the Saints could win the flag

people view this as a plum job, but the successful candidate will be in a VERY HOT seat

the board has said the successful candiate will; require premiership experience, either as a player or coach, they expect success immediately, it is not a patient board and the club may crumble under it's own weight of expectation

the club will never crumble under its own weight of expectation because there will be someone to pick it up and that someone will be lin fox. as stated today S/D lin fox is even thinking of gathering a group of people to form a ticket to over throw the board now. listing that he is too old to run the club but assured his son would be on the nomination and possibly former pres. andrew plympton and businesssman gerry ryan :D so who will coach might not be there long enough if there is an successful takeover of the board. :D

point taken but some might argue, is lin fox's strategy picking up the club or de-stablising the club even further?

2 way street S/D. his supporters will say he's doing the right thing to make the board answerable and not thomas and then it will be vica versa. time will tell :D

Be careful you don't confuse their ilk with 'skank glamours.'

ROFLMAO! She knows as much about footy as she does about singing and acting.

......and about what sort of outfits that you wear to the Logies.
The two hot water bottles out front 'ain't a good look.

Will say again that there was something very unsavoury about how Thomas got the job in the first place.
I can't believe it's not Butterss must think we're all imbeciles when he came out with the quote a couple of months back - "Grant was the last person to be convinced that Malcolm Blight wasn't the man for the job" and that's admitting that I'm a Blight fan and the fact that I'll also admit that I think Blight's heart wasn't in it and that he was a bit blase' in his attitude toward the job.
Was said in the Age on the weekend that Thomas and I can't believe it's not Butterss knew each other before Thomas even came on board at St Kilda and a former board member was quoted as saying that it was very odd how Thomas wanted to be so hands on right from the get-go.
