Otto was Blotto?

Real shame to end the season this week as he's been one of Geelong's few shining lights this year, he's had a great year.

Can't AFL players afford cabs?
I'm on 1/20th of what they get, & I use cabs, & I can't afford anywhere near what they can.

I often wonder the same thing myself, its unbelievable the amount of AFL footballers that get done, absolute stupidity.
Scary part about it is if so many have been caught, how many have got away with it? :?

Its OK to drown your sorrows MT79, but to drown your sorrows and drive is not forgivable.

well it is against the law and hes been dealt with by the law. yes its unforgiveable but its not the first time and it certainly wont be the last time a player gets done for drink driving.

the interesting thing is what was he doing in Doncaster?

I know whenever Dizzy is out at the cricket club and having a few beers he rings his dial-a-driver and they ride over on a scooter and then drive him home!

I cant understand why AFL players dont use common sense ?

You wouldnt think it would get to this but maybe its time -

Every club gives their players a Cabcharge Card for taxi's - when the bill comes to the club they take it off their Salary - the players would never notice the missing money and they would never get in trouble like this, quite simple. And then if they still drink and drive they sack them!!!

Perhaps Ottens,Tarrant,Gardiner and Cousins could star in a remake of "The Untouchables".

I know these blokes are and will always be footballers, not all are blessed with brains as well as ability.

3/4 have been done for DUI- how's Tarrant in that group? I will stand corrected, but I don't recall him being done for DUI

I wasnt referring to DUI,just the manner each of them have performed off field this year.I did not intend for it to be taken as such.
