All SANFL clubs will have to lift.
Will your team at least play in the 2009 Grand Final..?

Shut up dogger.

Remember 2002 :(

Didnt you guys start well in 2006 also?

2006 we were ordinary all year (but made the GF). 2007 we won 8 in a row at the start.

So starting well doesn't doom us in the GF - so long as we don't get too arrogant!

I'd settle for 10 ACLs on FIVE players ...
Two each!

Dont like people gloating, the fact is we are 1 game clear on top of the ladder, there is a huge season ahead, and yes we are playing well at the moment and looking good.
Carrying on should be saved til after the jobs done not after round 5.

Let him go. We haven't got much else to pay out Centrals supporters with. At least this gives us something.
In the highly unlikely event that The Dogs don't win, we can bump this thread and give him more

Sad to say but I think Centrals have gone up a notch this season. Their big man strength is overwhelming and they have a number of very good young players plus their reserves has a heap of depth. The main challengers at this stage are a decent way off the mark so it will be interesting to see how things shape up over the next month.

I dont know if they have gone up a notch. From what Ive seen they've just maintained their high professional standard with the other finalists from last year all going backwards.
Thats not to say they might still go up a notch when theyre a bit more settled which is a very scary thought.

I think that they have gone up a notch. Their rucks are stronger. They have recruited well - Sansbury adds a bit of extra in the midfield and the new young blokes all look to be worth their spot. Injuries are always a risk as is maintaining form and gradually improving over the season. We are bound to have the odd poor game and then the rest of the comp will be ready to pounce because I think a couple of the other clubs are also on the improve this year.
