Congrats to Pearce, very good player

all these clubs put so much value on top 20 draft picks but miss players like pearce and davey all together, are the recruiting officers really earning their pay cheques

I called it on the AFL Betting Forum (about 1 month ago)- couldn't work out where to get on (possibly wouldn't've anyway- I hate tying up money on "long term" bets)

KB is dodgy with the Rising Star.
Especially after his votes LAST year with Griffin! Did his best to get Deledio over the line.

Diss agreed that KB can be dodgy at best when it comes to judging the Rising Star, that is all I was saying,no Port biased mentioned,or inteded for that matter.

Read in an article that Pearce was short sighted, but didn't find out until after he got ignored in the draft, now wears contacts and his footy has improved markedly since. Might have something to do with him not getting drafted, as most of the stuff at the draft camp doesn't require too much of a visual aspect.

Always knew there was something wrong with him when he was playing for Sturt in late 2004 at Vs South down there I lost count of how many times Pearcey did the hard yards to get the ball only to cough it up when looking for a team mate
